PERSONAL TRAINING (Dallas/Fort Worth Area)

One-on-One

60 minute or 90 minute sessions with personalized workouts geared towards your goal. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, maintain your current physique, or anything else Contact Lauren for a consultation. [Minimum 4 sessions required]

Online Training

Interested in training with LC but live outside the Dallas area in another city or state? No problem! Online training is available. All you need is a webcam, a strong internet connection, and some space to move. Online training includes a personal assessment, custom workout regiments designed for your personal goals, client specific nutrition suggestions, and weekly & monthly goal establishment. Contact Lauren to find out more, discuss scheduling, and/or register for sessions. [Minimum 4 sessions required]

Bootcamps

If you’re looking to train with a group in an environment that’s fun and challenging then Fitness Bootcamp is for you! The camps are 60 minutes long per session and are offered Monday through Saturday in the North Dallas area. If you’re interested in participating in a Bootcamp or have a group of people ready to push their limits Contact Lauren to schedule a consultation. [Minimum 10 participants per Bootcamp. Minimum 4 sessions required]

Small Group Training

If you can’t round up 10 of your friends for a Bootcamp but don’t like working out alone Small Group Training is just for you! Small Group Training consists of 60 or 90 minute sessions personalized for 2-4 people. It is totally customizable and can be tailored towards any goal(s) whether weight centered (loss or gain), performance centered (endurance, power, strength, etc.), or somewhere in-between. Sport Specific Training

Whether you’re looking to go faster, jump higher, last longer or hit harder a custom workout can be tailored just for you. Sport Specific Training is the best way to get ready for next season. Not only will your body be better prepared for your season but once you’ve finished working with LC your confidence will be at an all-time high. Nutritional Plans
