Yes I’m fully aware it’s not Friday but better late than never right? Right! If it makes everyone feel better we can call them “retro” because everything described as retro is cool. I’ve scientifically proved this. Nonetheless, here are a few pics I took recently. Let me know what you think.
Today I’m going to show you the pictures from the second part of my photo shoot (See the first part here). This part of the shoot was fashion and glamour. I wore this pretty gold sparkly dress and gold heels. I loved the outfit and enjoyed shooting in it. It was tastefully done which is important to me. I’ve been asked to do different types of modeling and am looking into diversifying my portfolio. Even while looking to diversify my own portfolio promoting fitness and healthy living is my main goal. Let me know what you all think of this weeks photos.
Don’t forget about the push-up challenge. Next week I’ll provide you with some new push-up exercises. I hope you all have a great weekend. Also, keep me in your prayers as I was involved in a car accident yesterday and am still recovering.
Yours In Fitness,
A little over a week ago I did a lovely photo shoot with a photographer by the name of Kerry Kand. We shot in a studio and there were two parts to this shoot. The first part was fitness, which you’ll see today, and the second part was fashion which I’ll show next week. In the fitness shoot I did different action shot poses and even did some poses I had never done before.
Kerry and his wife were two of the nicest people I’ve met. They came up with some great concepts. I loved the colors because pink and white are some of my favorite colors to wear in the spring/summer. I enjoyed it and had a great time. Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think.
Don’t forget about the push up challenge!
A few weeks ago I did an outdoor shoot at a lovely park in Uptown Dallas. Outside of the warm weather that later turned super hot, I have to say it was a very good time. The photographer, Carl, picked me to do a shoot with him that represented females that are athletic, feminine, and sports fans. Being the huge sports fan that I am loved the idea and it didn’t take much debate for me to say yes. My cousins Aaron and Evan will appreciate me smiling more in these pictures because they say I always look so serious.
In addition to the overall theme, I loved the color scheme and thought it was perfect for spring time. As you will see I also did some poses in a football jersey since football is one of my favorite sports. The photographer actually wants me to shoot with him again before the fall in LSU Tiger gear since they are my favorite college football team. I’m looking forward to that! I might also do a shoot to represent my brother’s basketball team, The Creighton Bluejays. So be on the lookout for that. I hope you enjoy the pictures and feel free to let me know what you all think. Continue reading
I know it’s a little late but Photo Friday is here! There are two different looks, one is fashion and the other is a little more fierce and sassy. Let me know what you think about them. Continue reading
Most mornings when we wake up there’s a routine. For many people it involves getting up, getting dressed and hurrying to work or running errands. There is such a great hurry that breakfast gets rushed, ignored or totally forgotten. Are you guilty of committing this crime (Yes it is a crime in 49 states. We are still working on New Hampshire)? If I had a dollar for every time I heard someone tell me they didn’t eat breakfast I would be a wealthy woman! Continue reading
Welcome to another edition of Photo Friday! For this shoot I worked with a great photographer named Rags Kanyi (http://ragskanyiphotographyblog.com/). It was a blast working with him, and at the end of the day I feel we captured some great shots when I was in that real workout zone. I try to diversify my portfolio with each new shoot by changing up the look and the types of shots I do so please let me know what you think about the pics. Don’t be shy about commenting or contacting me.
