A few weeks ago I did a fitness photo shoot with Daniel Smiley, an amazing photographer. He did my first ever fitness shoot a year ago and since he did such an amazing job I just had to work with him again. This shoot was set in a studio and I just kept it natural, no props or anything. For the past two months I’ve been working so hard training and really perfecting my craft. Although there is still plenty of work to do I am so pleased with the results of the pictures. It’s always motivating to see all the hard work and dedication starting to pay off! I’d love to hear what you think about these photos. Do you have any suggestions for future photo shoots?

Don’t forget about the 3000 Squat Challenge and make sure to get your squats in for today! We’re 5 days in. I’m sure your feeling it in your legs which is good :-). Keep up the hard work!
