Another week is coming to a close. Hopefully you haven’t forgotten about the 3000 Squat challenge. We have now passed the halfway point and are heading towards the finish line. If you’ve fallen a little behind or are just getting into it don’t worry. If you need a spark to get you back into it, or some motivation to keep going, I’ve got some dynamic stretching exercises to warm you up, squat techniques to get you right, some other squat techniques to spice it up, and some static stretches to cool you down.
